When will my order ship?
Standard processing takes 3-5 business days. For limited edition releases and pre-orders, please refer to the specific shipping timeline listed on the product page as delivery times may vary.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit only, provided items are in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. Final sale items are not eligible for return.
How do SIA Collective sneakers fit?
Most of our footwear runs true to size. If a specific silhouette runs small or large, we will provide a sizing recommendation in the product description to ensure you get the perfect fit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our processing system. We are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations, but please contact our support team immediately and we will do our best to assist.
