At SIA Collective, we strive for excellence in every design, but if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 14-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with all premium packaging intact to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in the original SIA Collective box.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for reference until the return is processed.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Our team will inspect the returned gear within 5-7 business days of arrival; once cleared, your refund or exchange will be processed immediately.
